The development of this project was done for a middle-aged man. A palette dominated by cool tones is accented by a vibrant carrot orange (she said carrot orange sounds ugly yet it is a right description of the color hue).
The interior, a blend of eclectic styles, dances gracefully between minimalism and neoclassicism. Moldings, cornices, and ceiling medallions were selected for their understated elegance, devoid of superfluous ornamentation to maintain visual clarity, with ambient lighting incorporated from within the cornices.
Nestled within a stately Stalin-era property, the apartment boasts an unconventional layout, featuring two bay windows—one elegantly transformed into a dedicated workspace. Here, the design ethos celebrates the balance of simplicity and sophistication, crafting an environment that resonates with tranquility and purpose.
